Guest Reviews & Ratings
After my first night, I found the rooms to be very comfortable, and the pillows were great too. While parking should come with it, I felt it could have been cleaner as there was hair on the bathroom floor. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with helpful assistance provided at the front desks, concierge, restaurant, housekeeping, and bar. The staff was beyond friendly, helpful, and extremely attentive. The location was also excellent, with just a short walk to Market Square and all that Knoxville has to offer. The dining experience was inviting, with Southern treats, but it was a bit of a disappointment in some aspects. Overall, it's a great spot to stay in, with some areas that could be improved.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, although they could use some upgrading. The service was super friendly and helpful but lacked a bit of engagement in some instances. The location was great, with easy access to downtown attractions, although the cleanliness could be improved. The dining experience was a mix, offering some delicious southern treats but falling short in other areas. Overall, a good value for the money with some room for improvement.
The hotel has a great location within walking distance of Market Square and the Old City, offering a cultural strip nearby. The rooms, though comfortable, could use some improvements, and the cleanliness was somewhat marred by a stray hair in the shower. The service was outstanding with helpful staff providing information about local attractions and assistance with using the trolley system. The dining experience was top-notch with a fantastic buffet, but room service could have been better. Despite some parking challenges due to events, the hotel's location and views over the marketplace area were excellent.
